England fans must have thought not once what would have been if their beloved national team performed this way in the 2010 World Cup. Rooney and company took all 3 points in Switzerland, their most difficult game of the group after one of the best performances by the Three Lions. Rooney's well worked goal was followed by A. Johnson's fine run and finish. Switzerland clawed one back but D. Bent coolly finished for a 3-1 final score.
